Draft — pending attorney review
Terms of Service
Last updated October 30, 2026. Effective date pending.
Plain-language terms for using CampGuard WA. We are oneTomorrow.
Items marked “(pending)” are details we have not finalized yet. They will be filled in before this draft is final.
1. Who we are and how these Terms work
CampGuard WA (campguardwa.com, the “Site”) is run by [LLC NAME] (pending), a Washington limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). We are oneTomorrow.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and us. They cover your use of the Site, our email newsletter when it launches, and any digital products you buy from us.
- Browsing: by using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
- Buying or signing up: before you buy a product or join our email list, we will ask you to confirm that you agree to these Terms and have read our Privacy Policy.
2. What CampGuard WA is, and isn’t
CampGuard WA is a directory of Washington State overnight camps. It focuses on safety-related information we gather only from public sources, such as the camp’s own published pages and public listings from agencies and accrediting bodies. Each item shows its source and the date we checked it.
What we do not do:
- We do not rate, rank, score, inspect, certify, endorse, or recommend any camp.
- We do not guarantee any camp’s practices, or that the information is complete, current, or error-free. Public information can be incomplete or out of date. If a topic is not listed, that tells you only what we found, not what happens at camp.
- We are not a licensing agency, a law firm, a medical provider, or a child-protection service. Nothing on the Site or in our products is legal, medical, psychological, or professional advice.
- Always verify with the camp and with the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) before you decide. In an emergency, call 911. If you are worried that a child is being abused or neglected, contact DCYF at 1-866-363-4276 (1-866-END-HARM) or local law enforcement.
3. Who can use the Site
- Anyone may browse the Site.
- You must be at least 18 years old to buy products or join our email list.
- The Site is made for parents, guardians, and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Your permission to use the Site
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to view and use the Site for your own non-commercial purposes, such as researching camps for your family. Everything not expressly allowed here is reserved.
5. Digital products
5.1 What you’re buying. Our products are downloadable digital files, such as guides and worksheets (each a “Product”). Each product page describes what’s included.
5.2 Prices and taxes. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already paid.
5.3 Payment. Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR] (pending). We do not see or store your full card number.
5.4 One-time purchases. Products are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
5.5 Delivery. After payment, you’ll get a download link on the confirmation page and by email. If you have trouble, email aionestopshop25@gmail.com and we’ll re-send it.
5.6 Your license to Products. When you buy a Product, you may download, print, and use it for your own household. You may not resell, share, or give away the files (or post them where others can get them); remove our copyright or source notices; upload Products to AI tools or datasets to make competing products; or claim the Products as your own work. We keep ownership of the Products.
5.7 Refunds. If you’re not happy with a Product, email aionestopshop25@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
5.8 Problems with an order. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We’ll try to fix it quickly.
5.9 Errors. If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5.10 Product content. Products are general educational resources. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your child and situation.
6. Our email list
We don’t run an email list yet. When we do, it will be opt-in. Every email will have an unsubscribe link, and we will honor unsubscribes promptly.
7. Affiliate links and sponsors
Some links may be affiliate links, and some areas may carry labeled sponsor messages. Money never buys a place in the directory or changes safety information. Camps cannot buy placement. See our Disclosures page.
8. Corrections
If you believe something on the Site is wrong, out of date, or missing context, use our Corrections page. We review every request within 5 business days. We do not remove or change accurate information in exchange for payment, sponsorship, or any other benefit. Please don’t include a child’s personal or health information in a correction request.
9. Things you may not do
- Scrape or bulk-collect the Site with bots, crawlers, or other automated means, except general-purpose search engines that follow our robots.txt, or get around rate limits or other access controls.
- Use Site content or Products to train or feed AI or machine-learning models, or to build a competing directory or database, without our written permission.
- Copy, mirror, republish, or sell Site content, except brief quotes with a link and credit for news, commentary, or personal non-commercial sharing.
- Submit false or bad-faith correction requests, or impersonate any person, camp, or agency.
- Interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or upload malicious code.
- Use the Site to harass anyone or for any unlawful purpose.
10. What you send us
If you send us correction requests, messages, or feedback, you confirm that they are truthful and that you have the right to send them. You allow us to use them to run and improve the Site, including publishing a short, labeled response from a camp if the camp asks us to. We don’t publish personal contact details.
11. Our content and trademarks
Facts and public records belong to the public, and source documents belong to their owners; we link to them. Our original text, how we arrange information, the Site design, the Products, and the names “CampGuard WA” and “oneTomorrow” are ours. You may link to any public page of the Site.
12. Other websites
The Site links to websites we don’t control, including camps, government agencies, and our service providers. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
13. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) to our designated agent: [DMCA AGENT NAME AND MAILING ADDRESS] (pending), email aionestopshop25@gmail.com.
14. Disclaimers
THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY CAMP IS SUITABLE FOR YOUR CHILD. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN DECISIONS ABOUT CAMPS AND YOUR CHILD’S CARE.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that can’t be waived by law, including under the Washington Consumer Protection Act (RCW 19.86).
15. Limits on our liability
[LIABILITY LIMITS] (pending) This section is still being finalized. It will not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Suspension
We may block access to the Site, or end a Product license, if we reasonably believe you’ve broken these Terms or are scraping the Site. You may stop using the Site at any time.
17. Governing law and where disputes are heard
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable U.S. federal law. If we can’t resolve a dispute informally, either of us may bring it in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY] (pending) County, Washington. Either of us may also bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. There is no arbitration requirement.
18. Talk to us first
Before filing a claim, please email aionestopshop25@gmail.com with a short description and what you’d like us to do. We’ll try to resolve it within 30 days. This doesn’t stop either of us from going to small claims court or seeking urgent relief.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version with a new “Last updated” date and give reasonable notice of material changes. Changes won’t apply to disputes that arose before the change.
20. General
These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy, Disclosures, and Corrections policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
