Draft — pending attorney review

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 30, 2026. Effective date pending.

We built CampGuard WA to help families research Washington overnight camps, and we try to collect as little about you as we can. We are oneTomorrow.

Items marked “(pending)” are details we have not finalized yet.

1. Who we are

CampGuard WA (campguardwa.com) is run by [LLC NAME] (pending), a Washington limited liability company. Questions or requests: aionestopshop25@gmail.com · [MAILING ADDRESS] (pending)

2. The short version

  • No accounts, no app, no recordings. You can browse without telling us who you are.
  • We don’t run advertising trackers or retargeting.
  • We don’t sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
  • We don’t collect health information, and we ask you not to send us any about your child.
  • The Site is for adults. It’s not directed to children under 13.
  • We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals.

3. What we collect

What you give us

  • Messages and corrections: when you email us, we get your email address, your name if you include it, your message, and any links or files you send.
  • Email list and purchases (future): we don’t run an email list or sell products yet. When we do, we’ll collect only what’s needed, such as your email address or order details. Card details will go to our payment processor, not to us. We’ll update this policy first.

What’s collected automatically

  • Server and security logs: our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request. This is used for security and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics: we don’t currently run analytics. If we add them, we’ll use a cookie-free, aggregate tool and update this policy first.

What we don’t collect

We don’t create user accounts. We don’t record audio, video, or screens. We don’t collect precise location, biometric data, or government ID numbers. We do not collect health information. Please don’t include your child’s name, age, health conditions, allergies, medications, or other sensitive details in messages. If you do, we’ll delete them where we can.

4. How we use information

  • To review and respond to correction requests and messages
  • To keep the Site secure, prevent scraping, and fix problems
  • To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms

5. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Site (such as Vercel for hosting and Google for email), for legal reasons, or as part of a business transfer subject to this policy. We never give sponsors, camps, or affiliate partners any personal information.

6. Cookies

The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If you click an affiliate link, the merchant may set its own cookies on its own site; their privacy policies apply.

7. Global Privacy Control

We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information and of any non-essential cookies. Because we don’t sell or share personal information, GPC mainly makes sure no optional cookies load.

8. Children’s privacy

CampGuard WA is for parents, guardians, and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. You must be 18 or older to join our email list or buy products. If we learn we’ve collected personal information from a child under 13, we’ll delete it.

9. Consumer health data (Washington My Health My Data Act)

Washington’s My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) protects “consumer health data.” We do not collect, use, share, or sell consumer health data, including about children. We don’t ask about health conditions, we don’t infer health status from what you read, and we don’t use advertising pixels. If that ever changes, we will first publish a separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and get your consent as the law requires.

10. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or give you a copy of the personal information we have about you. Email aionestopshop25@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may confirm your identity by replying to the same address. We won’t treat you differently for asking.

11. How long we keep information

We keep messages and correction requests for up to 2 years after they’re resolved, or longer if needed for a legal claim. The public change history on a listing stays as long as the listing is published.

12. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS, reputable providers, limited access, and two-factor authentication on our accounts. No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach affects you, we’ll notify you as required by law, including RCW 19.255.

13. Changes to this policy

We’ll post changes here with a new “Last updated” date, and give notice of material changes before they take effect.
